The parking area and driveway are hard surfaced, there is a moderate slope to the entrance without any intervening steps and easy to negotiate with a wheelchair.

Check-in is informal and guests are met by the owners and luggage will be carried in for guests and taken to the rooms.

The lounge and dining area are on the entrance level and there is also a guest cloakroom on this level, near the entrance.

There is a bus stop about 200 yards from the property. There is a village store and the local pub within a few hundred yards along a macadamised road surface.

The nearest train station is in Chepstow, about 15 minutes drive away.
